For clients purchasing from QLD, Frankie Homes will cover the cost of a return flight to Melbourne so you can attend your final inspection in person.

Our homes are completed in approximately 14 weeks, allowing investors to rent sooner and reduce holding costs. We prioritise clear, consistent communication throughout the build, well-considered designs that balance cost and liveability, and high construction standards that stand up over time. After handover, we remain available during the maintenance period to ensure ongoing support and peace of mind.
