Our optional upgrades allow you to personalise your Frankie Home while maintaining design consistency, build efficiency, and long-term value. Upgrades can be selected individually or bundled into value-packed upgrade packs.

Security & Technology

• Alarm system with keypad and three motion sensors

• Four-camera CCTV system

External Upgrades

• Exposed aggregate concrete paving to driveway and porch
  (in lieu of charcoal sealed concrete)

• 1m plain concrete perimeter path around the dwelling

• Artificial turf
  (in lieu of natural turf)

Structural & Ceiling Upgrades

• 2740mm ceiling heights throughout single-storey homes
  (in lieu of standard 2590mm ceilings)

• 2340mm internal and sliding doors
  (in lieu of standard 2040mm doors)

• Colorbond® corrugated steel roof sheeting in lieu of concrete roof tiles, including sarking and whirlybird

• Hinged doors in lieu of open entries
  (e.g. walk-in pantry, ensuite, lounge – design specific)

Heating, Cooling & Comfort

• Electric ducted refrigerated heating and cooling system with two zones
  (in lieu of gas ducted heating and standard cooling)

• Ceiling fans to bedrooms and main living areas

Bathroom & Ensuite Upgrades

• Floor-to-ceiling wall tiling to bathrooms and ensuites

• Black tapware throughout
  (in lieu of chrome)

• Tiled shower niche – approx. 445mm × 345mm
  (bathroom and ensuite)

• Extra-wide tiled shower niche – approx. 945mm × 345mm
  (applicable to 1200mm wide showers only)

• Double vanity
  (in lieu of single vanity)

Kitchen Upgrades

• 40mm stone benchtops throughout
  (in lieu of 20mm stone)

• 900mm kitchen appliances including oven, cooktop and rangehood

• Pendant lighting over kitchen island

• Overhead cabinetry above refrigerator
