Site Works, Foundations & Structure
Engineer-designed waffle pod concrete slab suitable for Class M–P sites (subject to soil test), with up to 300mm site fall across the building envelope
Applicable to allotments up to 500m² with up to 5m building setback (subject to planning)
Site levelling included within stated fall limits (no existing fill assumed)
Soil report, contour survey, footing design and structural engineering certification included
Engineer-designed surface drainage with grated silt pits connected to stormwater
100mm PVC stormwater system
